　　As the new year begins, let us also start anew. We’ll soon usher in the year 2022 with great hopes.

　　国泰民安，国昌企兴。在世界百年未有之变局背景下，没有任何一个时代，能够和当今相比，而如此的美丽多娇；也没有任何时候像当今这样的东方雨虹，拥有如此好的局面和战略态势。

　　As a country embraces prosperity and peace, the enterprises will also flourish. Faced with changes unseen in a century, the world has never witnessed a time in the past as wonderful and vibrant as now; nor has Oriental Yuhong embraced a more promising future.

　　When we look at young pines, we don’t realize it will grow to scape the sky; Seeing it tower in cloud, then we know it’s high. We have gained an overwhelming competitive edge with constant efforts and overcome numerous adversities with an indomitable spirit, resulting in various achievements in corporate culture, human resources, brand strategy, organization and technology.

　　As the great poet Su Shi put it, read widely and absorb the best from the books you read; acquire deep learning and share it gradually. Now, Oriental Yuhong has reached a higher level of development with favorable timing, geographical and human conditions. It is under such circumstances that we feel obliged to make concerted efforts and bold actions in the flower of our youth to unleash our enormous portential and accelerate the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

　　前行之路时刻谨记，战场之上没有彩排亦无中场叫停。战事瞬息万变要求我们保持对危机的警惕之心，唯有谨慎笃行方得始终；征途漫漫要求我们坚守对前途光明的必胜信念，以“为人类为社会创造持久安全的环境”为使命，奋勇冲锋，开创“沉舟侧畔千帆过，病树前头万木春”的向上格局。

　　Moving forward, we should bear in mind that there is neither rehearsal nor time-out in the fight. The changing situation requires us to keep wary of crises and take prudent and practical actions to achieve our ambition. In the long journey ahead, we should have the conviction for a brighter future, endeavour with the mission of “creating a sustained safe environment for humankind and society”, and rise to the challenges for more honors and glories.
