道格拉斯•德斯

    道格拉斯于1944年出生于纽约市。1962年从费尔斯通高中毕业，1966年从加州伯克利大学毕业。

   在道格拉斯和其表兄乔迪的带领下，德斯集团修建了美国第一栋环保型的摩天大楼—时代广场四号楼，以及第一栋获得LEED铂金级认证的商业高层建筑—美洲银 行大厦。今天，德斯公司拥有、管理及运营着一千三百万平方英尺的办公物业以及两百万英尺的租用住宅单位。除此之外，德斯公司还负责一栋世贸中心的建设、管 理及租赁事务。

    德斯先生是纽约房地产委员会、城市大学基金会研究生中心、新学院大学，公共土地信托基金，公共空间项目的理事。他同时也是哈德逊公园之友基金会的联席主席。德斯先生积极参与舞台艺术事业多年，是回旋剧院、第一舞台剧院、城市剧院厅的理事会成员。

Douglas DURST, Chairman, The Durst Organization

DouglasDurst is the chairman and a member of the third generation to lead the DurstOrganization.

Douglaswas born in New York Cityin 1944. He graduated from the FieldstonSchool in 1962 and the University of Californiaat Berkeley in1966.

Underthe leadership of Douglas and his cousin Jody, The Durst Organization built thenation’s first sustainable skyscraper, 4 Times Square,and the first LEED Platinum hi-rise office tower, The Bank of America Tower atOne Bryant Park.  Today, the companyowns, manages and operations a 13 million square foot office portfolio and 2million square feet of residential rental units as well as overseeing thedevelopment, management and leasing of One World Trade Center.

Douglasis a director of the Real Estate Board of New York, The Graduate Center of CityUniversity Foundation, The New School, The Trust for Public Land,and Project for Public Spaces. He is also the co-chair of Friends of the Hudson River Park. Douglashas been involved with the theatrical arts for many years and is a member ofthe board of directors of The Roundabout Theater, Primary Stages, and The TownHall.
