DESIGN SHANGHAI ANNOUNCES 2020 FAIR POSTPONED TO 26-29 NOVEMBER 2020
为贯彻落实4月8日发布的《国务院应对新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情联防联控机制关于进一步做好重点场所重点单位重点人群新冠肺炎疫情防控相关工作的通知》，本年度
『设计上海』将延期至2020年11月26-29日举行，展会场馆(上海世博展览馆)将保持不变。关于展会的具体安排与更多线上计划将在未来数周陆续发布。
『设计上海』团队一直以参展商与相关合作伙伴的安全与健康为首要考虑。这次延期是综合考虑中国政府与上海相关部门提供的建议和信息，并与合作伙伴、会展场馆和当地团队紧密协商后，慎重做出的决定。我们同时深信机遇与挑战并存，新的展会日期将给予我们更多的时间和机会，以打造一届空前成功的国际设计盛会。
在这个瞬息万变和充满挑战的时期，我们会一如既往地为参展商提供支持、创造商机，并与设计界保持紧密联系与沟通。与此同时，我们也积极策划2021『设计上海』的举办时间，以确保展商最佳的业务连续性。感谢您长期以来给予我们的信任和理解!
In response to the government’s latest advice and restrictions on events
during the COVID-19 outbreak, Design Shanghai has made the decision to
reschedule the event to November 26 - 29, 2020. The venue (Shanghai World Expo
Exhibition & Convention Centre) will remain the same; specific arrangements
and details of our programmes and initiatives will be released in the coming
weeks.
Design Shanghai has always considered the health and safety of our
exhibitors and partners our top priority. We have made this decision in
consultation with government and local authorities in China, the fair partners,
venue and local team. We believe that whenever there are challenges, there are
also opportunities; the new exhibition dates will give us more time and
opportunities to build an unprecedented, successful international design
event.
During these fast-moving, challenging times, we are also actively
communicating with our exhibitors, supporting our partners and connecting the
design community. To ensure the best continuity of business for our community,
we are also looking at a number of options for the timing of the 2021 edition of
Design Shanghai.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your ongoing
support and understanding, which has been invaluable to our event and the
team.
